Your position at a glance

You’ll be one of our main and first point contacts for our users and customers, supporting them in everything from product-related questions, trouble-shooting to creating quotes and invoices. With your talent for understanding people, giving guidance and handling complaints you will ensure happy and satisfied users!

Your tasks


  • Order management (quotes, invoices, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain customer data
  • Communicate with customers and potential leads

    Customer support:

  • Offer user support on various communication channels (email, forum, etc.)
  • Become an expert in our platform CoSpaces

Your profile

  • Proven work experience in sales or customer support
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Excellent organization skills
  • English native speaker (or your skill level is comparable to a native speaker’s)
  • Independent working style, flexible and able to handle multiple projects

This is a plus

  • Speak foreign languages
  • Experience working in a startup
