You’ll be one of our main and first point contacts for our users and customers, supporting them in everything from product-related questions, trouble-shooting to creating quotes and invoices. With your talent for understanding people, giving guidance and handling complaints you will ensure happy and satisfied users!
Manage orders, including preparing quotes and invoices.
Maintain and update customer data.
Communicate with customers and potential leads to foster relationships.
Provide user support across multiple channels (email, forum, etc.).
Develop expertise in the CoSpaces platform to offer accurate assistance.
Work closely with other teams to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language, ensuring exceptional customer support.
Proven work experience in sales or customer support
Experience in dealing with customers
Excellent organization skills
English native speaker (or your skill level is comparable to a native speaker’s)
Independent working style, flexible and able to handle multiple projects
Speak foreign languages
Experience working in a startup
