As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our existing product CoSpaces Edu while ensuring that new features are developed in line with market demands and user needs. You will become an expert on our product, focus on refining processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience to our users.
Become an expert on the product: Understand the product inside-out to ensure you can drive improvements and ensure reliability.
Drive feature development: Work with teams to identify and develop new features while ensuring current features are functioning optimally.
Monitor the market: Keep an eye on market trends and competitors to ensure our product remains competitive and aligned with user needs.
Gather and analyze product data: Use analytics to understand product performance and make data-driven decisions for future developments.
Productize prototypes: Work closely with the development team to take prototypes and turn them into fully functional product features.
Collaborate and communicate: Act as the central point between designers, developers, marketers, customer support and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
Maintain processes: Focus on perfecting processes and ensuring a steady growth trajectory for the product.
Experience in managing (digital) product development cycles, especially focusing on existing products and feature enhancements
Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to drive product decisions
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-focused development
Skilled in market research and competitive analysis
Experience in productizing prototypes and overseeing their transition into functional products
Excellent collaborative and communication skills to work well in cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
A passion for improving processes and maintaining product quality
Experience in the EdTech field
Experience in UX / UI design
