We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our products to new heights. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing website management, content creation, social media initiatives, and partnerships. Develop and manage the website strategy in collaboration with Management.
Oversee the website production processes and coordinate with the web team members.
Collaborate with web team members to conceptualize and implement new elements and features for the websites.
Generate target audience-relevant content.
Propose and coordinate various improvements to enhance visitor experience.
Monitor website performance and analyze traffic metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present regular reports on website traffic and performance analysis.
Craft compelling copy for the product, website, app stores, social media channels and marketing materials.
Generate ideas, manage creation, and write articles for the blog and other PR-related activities.
Coordinate the creation of multimedia resources, including videos.
Collaborate with the UX team to ensure consistent messaging across product wording.
Ensure all content aligns with brand and marketing standards.
Develop and execute Social Media strategy to align with business objectives.
Manage the creation, editing, and scheduling of engaging content, including specific campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding and communication across social media platforms.
Coordinate brand awareness campaigns, such as promotions and competitions.
Stay updated on social media trends and tools for effective management.
Cultivate and manage partnerships with various stakeholders.
Coordinate Partnership Programs, evaluate new partner applications, and assess engagement levels.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support marketing goals.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and thought leaders.
Handle influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations and content planning.
Monitor campaign finances to ensure efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Proven work experience in marketing
Experience in managing projects
Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Expertise in copywriting
Success identifying target audiences, constructing personas and building content to engage
English native speaker (or your skill level is comparable to a native speaker)
Creative, like to experiment and able to develop interesting and compelling content on your own
Independent working style, flexible and able to handle multiple projects
M.S. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
German or Russian language skills
Experience in the EDU field
